Independent game publisher Fruitbat Factory is proud to announce the third part of Yakiniku Banzai!’s critically acclaimed War of the Human Tanks trilogy, War of the Human Tanks – Limited Operations is coming to Steam and other distributors this winter.
The land of Japon has been split in two and thrown into war by two nations, the Empire of Japon and the Kingdom of Japon, who use biological weapons known as “?Human Tanks” to fight their war. But now the war between these two has turned into a proxy war between the Human Tanks themselves.
Our hero, Yatarou Shirahase, acting as an officer in the Imperial army, is dispatched on a mission to subjugate the Human Tanks. He must now battle an enemy of the same make as his own beloved company of Human Tanks.

February 13, 2015. Fruitbat Factory is happy to announce the release of our fifth game on Steam: War of the Human Tanks – ALTeR. The game is available today.
Human Tanks – ALTeR is the second installment of the War of the Human Tanks series, and sequel to War of the Human Tanks. This time you assume command of the enemy of the first game, the Royal Army, and fight back for all you hold dear!

Synopsis
War of the Human Tanks is a story driven strategy game with a gameplay reminiscent of Battleship and Chess, featuring a story of war, loyalty, sacrifice and human shaped tanks.
Following the events of the first War of the Human Tanks, the land of Japon is in chaos, with the embers of the war between the Kingdom of Japon and the Empire of Japon still burning bright, as new factions emerge onto the battlefield.
Assume control of Alter Matsuyukishiro and lead the Matsuyukishiro Company of the Royal Army on a mission to eliminate a traitor to the Kingdom. But not all is as it seems in this war. When the guns fall silent, is tragedy all that awaits?

To celebrate the release, we are announcing a map design contest for War of the Human Tanks.
The goal of the contest is to design a new bonus map for War of the Human Tanks. The design can be as detailed as you want it to be, as long as it adheres to the physical limitations of the game (maximum map size is 17*17 octagons, which can be passable or non-passable), graphical or a written concept, and designed for any difficulty level – up to you! We’ll choose the design we find most interesting and add that map as an extra bonus map to the Steam release of the game (to be found under ‘Free Battle’).

The winner will receive a unique War of the Human Tanks t-shirt, an Imperial Edition of the game on Steam, and the eternal fame of contributing to the war effort.
Sound of the Human Tanks I, the first part of the Human Tanks OST Trilogy, is now released!

Sound of the Human Tanks I has 30 tracks totaling 71 minutes of game music and is a part of a soundtrack trilogy featuring tracks from the first two games in the Human Tanks, Charge! series, War of the Human Tanks and Alter.
Sampling-Sound and DeZI:R have prepared the Sound of the Human Tanks OST for Yakiniku Banzai, featuring the vocal talents of Phan Masaki, Miya Oribe, Kotone Yukino, Light Ageha and Mai.k.
The standalone OST is available for purchase from Bandcamp.com for €4. To help you make up your mind, you can listen to all the tracks in full on the site for free.
